This statement of terms and conditions lays out the agreement between The Tyger's Eye (Charlotte Howard) and users.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Tyger's Eye Website, located at https://thetygerseye.co.uk

 

You must be over 18 years of age to use our services.

 

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use The Tyger's Eye if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Unless otherwise stated, The Tyger's Eye and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on The Tyger's Eye. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from The Tyger's Eye for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

• Sell, rent or sub-license material from The Tyger's Eye

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from The Tyger's Eye

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. Removal of links from our website

 

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

 

Disclaimer

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

​Appointments

​

Currently all readings and spellworks are done on first come, first serve basis. Readings are emailed with a photograph of any cards pulled, or done via video published on TikTok. Any appointments outside of this are done at fairs or via Skype/Zoom.

All appointment times must be strictly adhered to. ​If you need to change your appointment time, we ask for a minimum of 24-hours notice.

​

Charlotte Howard reserves the right to determine the location.

​​

Cancellations

​

Cancellations must be done with a minimum of 24-hours notice. ​Failure to cancel or amend an appointment within a timely manner may result in any refund being reduced or refused.

 

Charlotte Howard reserves the right to refuse anyone who persistently fails to show. 

​

Medical Conditions

​

It is the client's responsibility, to be honest, and truthful about all medical conditions. Failure to disclose medical conditions could be detrimental to the client's health. It is vital that all forms are filled out correctly, and all clients seek qualified medical advice if they have any concerns.

​

Contra-Indications

 

Some herbs and spices, and teas may be contra-indicated by medical conditions and conventional therapies. Please seek qualified medical advice before consuming any products.

​

Payment Policy

 

All non-refundable deposits must be paid within 24 hours of the contract agreement. Failure to do so will result in your contract being terminated. Full payment must be made before work is completed. 

 

With regards to literary services, payment plans may be available on more expensive contracts. Final fees must be paid within 6 weeks of the contract being agreed.

Refunds cannot be made on any work already completed. In the event that a contract is terminated, The Tyger's Eye retains the rights to all graphic artwork unless expressed otherwise. Deposits are non-refundable.

​

All holistic & spiritual treatments and services, and workshops must be paid in full before the session may take place. Payment plans may be possible on some treatments.​

​

To secure your place on a workshop, a non-refundable deposit of £20 must be paid.

​

Payment can be made via PayPal (or cash in the case of holistic & spiritual services). Cheques are not accepted. We currently do not have the resources for BACs transfers. Payments made via PayPal must be paid via invoice only. 

​

Spellwork must be paid via invoice through PayPal. Payment is expected upfront. Payment plans are available through the discretion of The Tyger's Eye/Charlotte Howard. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be needed before spellwork begins with the remaining balance paid before completion. Unpaid payment plans will result in incompletion of the working, and likely failure.

Loyalty Scheme

​

The Tyger's Eye Loyalty Scheme sees that for every £1 paid, 1 point is given to members. On claiming 100 points (£100 paid), members are entitled to 10% off any physical product, digital item or reading. This does not include spellwork.

Subscriptions

​

Readings booked via Subscriptions will be sent to the provided email inbox within the first 10 working days of the month. They are subject to the terms & conditions as laid out under Spiritual Guidance. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but cannot be refunded. Readings will only be sent out once payment has been received. 

​

Distance Reiki is subject to the terms & conditions as laid out under Reiki.

​

Refunds

​

Any refunds are made via PayPal, minus PayPal transaction fees. 

​

Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances. We ask that all clients fully read the laws and disclaimers within the terms and conditions to understand the implications of accepting treatments through Charlotte Howard.

 

Delivery & Postage

​

We will always do our best to get physical items shipped and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

 

UK Delivery: Any deliveries chosen at the lower cost will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Postage. Tracking will be provided if possible, but is not guaranteed. Due the terms and conditions of using Royal Mail, we have to give up to 28 working days for delivery before we can consider missing items "lost in transit". Whilst we will do our best to track these items, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for missing items.

 

For items delivered under the higher cost, these will be sent either via DPD, or by tracked Royal Mail. Tracking will be provided. These items will be replaced/refunded if "lost in transit", and a refund is given by the courier. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are not collected from "safe spots" or "have gone missing" after successful deliveries.

International Delivery: All overseas deliveries are done via Royal Mail Parcelforce. Items can take up to 60 days for delivery, and we cannot offer a refund/replacement during this time. All overseas deliveries will be sent a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are not collected from "safe spots" or "have gone missing" after successful deliveries.

Failed deliverys: Any items returned to The Tyger's Eye will be considered failed delivery. You will be contacted via email, but a refund or second attempt will not be given until you respond to our messages. Postage cannot be refunded, and you will be expected to pay an extra delivery charge for further attempts.

​

The Tyger's Eye is not responsible for missing deliveries if you give us the wrong address. These items are not refunded or replaced.

​

Any items damaged in the post will be refunded or replaced on receipt of either a return or photographic evidence of the damage and the condition of the packaging as it arrived.

​

The Tyger's Eye is not responsible for delayed post due to strike action, acts of terrorism, or bank holidays.

Complementary Therapies and UK Law

​

Complementary and Alternative Medicines (CAM) are not legally regulated, except under the circumstances of Osteopathy and Chiropractic therapies. It is up to the individual to decide whether CAM therapies are right for them. 

 

Reiki

 

Reiki is a form of energy healing. It is performed without touch. You may or may not feel something - this is entirely individual. We do not guarantee "cures" or physical healing to occur.

You agree to sign a disclaimer on booking a one-to-one, in-person Reiki session. Charlotte will provide you with her feedback after the session.

​

By booking a Reiki session, you agree that you do not hold The Tyger's Eye or Charlotte Howard responsible for any changes with regard to your mental, emotional, or physical health. You also understand that you will not receive a physical or digital update from Group Distance Reiki sessions (including Subscriptions).

Medical Advice Disclaimer

 

Charlotte Howard is not qualified to diagnose or provide advice regarding your health. If you require advice relating to a particular health concern, Charlotte Howard recommends you to contact your doctor or another qualified and regulated medical practitioner. All natural, holistic health care should be regarded as complementary and not a substitute for conventional health care.
