1. Digital Products (eBook Covers, POD Designs, etc.)

All digital files are delivered instantly after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been downloaded.

2. Customisation Services (Text Addition, Design Adjustments)

Once customisation work has begun, refunds are not available.

If we are unable to deliver the customised product as agreed, you will be entitled to a full refund.

3. Tarot Readings

Bookings for Tarot readings are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you do not attend a scheduled reading (no-show), the session will be considered used and is non-refundable.

All Tarot readings are offered in good faith as guidance only and no guarantees are made.

4. Faulty or Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice or receive a corrupted file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance. In such cases, we may offer a replacement file or refund at our discretion.
