At The Tyger's Eye, all of our products are delivered digitally. Please read the following information carefully.

1. Digital Products (eBook Covers, POD Designs, etc.)

  • All items are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.

  • After your payment has been confirmed, your files will be available for instant download via your account or order confirmation email.

  • File format and size details are listed in each product description. Please ensure you have the correct software or device to open and use these files before purchase.

2. Customised Digital Products

  • If you have purchased a customised service (such as text addition to an eBook cover), your files will be delivered by email once completed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of customisation. We will confirm expected turnaround times when you place your order.

3. Tarot Readings

  • Tarot sessions are delivered online by prior arrangement.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive details about how to join your session.

  • Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time. Missed sessions are considered used (see Refund Policy).

4. Delivery Issues

  • If you have trouble accessing your digital files, please contact us at charlotte@thetygerseye.co.uk. We will be happy to reissue your download link or assist with access.

  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and ensure that your device supports the file types provided.
