Mission Statement

At The Tyger's Eye we will provide various spiritual and holistic services, with respect and without appropriating closed or initiative practices that we are not part of. We will share our knowledge and experience to help others along their spiritual and/or magical journey. We will provide entertainment and art, and above all, hold a safe space for all.

The Tyger's Eye

Starting as Tarot Lottie in 2018 offering Tarot Readings, we re-branded in 2020 as The Tyger's Eye. Since then, we have been providing spiritual and well-being services, and advice to all. But we are about so much more than Tarot Reading and Holistic Services. We are artists and authors. As well as offering wellness and esoteric guidance, we also provide services and goods to help those exploring their creative and magical sides.

Contrary to common belief, I am not a hobbit or a fairy.​ ​​I suppose I could be called a witch, or a folk practitioner, but to be honest I think I'd prefer not to give myself a title of any kind. I don't like the idea of limiting myself. I am a Tarot Reader, Holistic Practitioner, Author, Mum and Pet Owner. I try to include all aspects of who I am within my work.

I grew up with an unconventional and very mixed background; I was born in Oman, and my childhood was a diverse combination of Arabic and British traditions. I moved to the UK in 1989, and throughout the 90s lived on a small non-working farm in a tiny village in Lincolnshire. My mum read Tarot cards, her mum read tea leaves, and through them, I learned various divination skills. Whilst there was certainly a "pagan" element to my childhood, I attended a Church of England primary school, and my dad's side of the family is Catholic/Christian. All of this shows within my practice. Today, I live in rural Somerset with my husband of twenty years, two teenagers, and a menagerie of pets.

After many years of studying a wide range of subjects, I am now able to offer a range of holistic services, workshops, and learning experiences. I also supply bespoke and handmade crafts and spells that have been inspired by my travels, education, and spiritual journey. However, I am a firm believer that we are always learning, and will never consider myself an expert!

​

As a writer, my publishing career started at the tender age of 14, when a poem I'd written when I was 10 years old was published in a local anthology. As of 2023, I've had over 700 articles on various subjects published around the world both online and in magazines. I have been featured in the national press and on both local and national radio, had work printed in several anthologies, and have written several award-winning books. I generally write romance, paranormal, or fantasy, but I enjoy exploring different genres each time I pick up a pen.
